To enhance the education component of The Nutcracker, we are offering a free in-school workshop to schools that purchase 125 or more tickets.

Jude Johnson, Hamilton’s Ambassador to music will attend your school to give a one hour presentation on the subject of music.  To learn more about our in-school workshop, click here

IN-SCHOOL WORKSHOPS:

As mentioned above, this year we are offering a free in-school workshop to schools that purchase 125 or more tickets to enhance the education component of The Nutcracker. A guest speaker will attend your school to give a one hour presentation on the subject of music. Let us know if you are interested in having a workshop presented at your school.

For those who are interested in a school workshop, an instructor will contact you to arrange for a date and time once we receive your order and payment. All workshops will take place at your school.

TICKET POLICY

  1. ALL ticket orders must be accompanied by payment with your cheque.
  2. Orders will be processed in the order that they are received.
  3. Tickets cannot be put on reserve without receipt of a down payment. The down payment is non-refundable. Although we recognize that schools require time to gather their funds, any requests to put tickets on reserve without a down payment can be arranged with the understanding that the order is to be paid in full with an agreeable time frame. A 10% variance to your order will be allowed. If you require additional tickets, they will be based on availability at that time.
  4. Payment is deposited upon receipt. Your copy of the cancelled cheque will be confirmation of receipt of payment.
  5. ALL sales are FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements of tickets will be issued. There are no refunds for unused tickets.
  6. Seating assignments are done only at the time that the ticket order form is received with your full payment. The next available seats are assigned. Seats are issued in sequential order. Every effort will be made to seat your school together.
  7. Specific seat allocation is not permitted, unless it is for wheelchair purposes.
  8. Additional tickets can be purchased pending availability however there is no guarantee the tickets will be within the same seating section as your original order.
  9. Tickets are NOT available for purchase on the day of the performance. ALL tickets must be purchased and paid for in advance of the performance.
  10. Performance is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. and end at approximately 12:30. Due to unforeseen circumstances, which may arise in a production, the ending time of the performance is meant to be only a guideline of when we anticipate the show to conclude. Buses should be made aware that this is an approximate time and should be prepared to handle the transportation of the students in the event the performance is running late.
  11. Anyone who submits a ticket order on-line and doesn't follow through with their payment or decides to later cancel their order is still liable for payment of the total number of tickets being requested on the order form. If you feel that the number of tickets you have ordered may vary, please contact the CBYE office so that we can discuss your order.
  12. For schools submitting large ticket orders, if you prefer your tickets to be allocated by class, please identify how many tickets are for each class and the teacher’s name. Enter this information in the comment section on the order form
  13. There are no refunds for schools that pay for their tickets and due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions do not attend the performance. If this situation should occur, we will discuss with your school how the situation will be dealt with.
